He's the only spark in the side wouldn't sell Yes this is a big worry we can't afford to lose BB, but at least he won't be going to the sh** after our gentlemens agreement with them. Let me think, Pantsdown gentleman the 2 words just don't go together, now if you said prick / twat they do. Unfortunately as we all know he's been playing too well not to be noticed, let's hope he wants to stay with us hopefully that will be the key to our chances of keeping him?

Can't afford to sell if we want to keep DC and go for the championship, unless, a big fee, £3m+ + big sell on clause, and it goes to DC for transfers. Even then it's far from ideal, if we start signing players for £500k they will require much higher wages. We should no longer be a selling club with Wael and Co. The other factor, however, is if the player wants to leave, not much you can do then except get the best deal.

He is key to the spine of the squad DC will be building around, so not for sale!

How often do you see player exchange deals? They're not very common.

No keep billy and buy lumley that's good business I agree ,if we are to improve and push for promotion then we need to keep our best and improve with more good signings. Lumley and Sweeny should be first on our list and we need to replace Taylor. Ever since I've been watching the Gas we've always lost our best striker not replaced him and then been relegated it really can't happen again.

Funny how it goes isnt it? Early in the season he was out of form, out of the team and people on here were saying he couldnt hack league 1. Realistically and unless they can extend his contract 500-800k would see him go i reckon.

I think I read on here that there were injury issues that explained his poor form at the beginning of the season.
Would be interesting to see how much Luke Berry goes for, as both are the same age but Bodin is proven in a higher league.
I have to say he has been a fantastic signing on a free, more of the same would be great thanks DC.
