House white.
I like white wine but its completely wasted on me.
I wouldn't know a "good" wine from a bottle that was only 8 quid.
I like what I like. Normally Pino.

For example, if you tried a Pinot Gris, it would taste entirely different from a Pinot Grigio. Alsace being one of the key determining factors. Do you know the constituent parts of your tongue in relation to taste buds?

Like hugo not sure brewed some merlot, turned out lovely, also a chardonnay which turned out nice and very drinkable, will have a crack at some others next year have loads of nettles etc, also need to plant some wine grapes. problem with brewing a normal wine is waiting 6 months or more to drink it

I prefer the Pinot Noir grape.
The nose is like foreplay and the length is purely orgasmic.

That tongue map is out of date and was discredited in the 80s! It was on the telly last night, some guy is doing research about taste and such. Oldie Out!

Those are severe ovarian cysts Oldie!! If my wife's womb looked like that shape, then I would probably challenge her claim to gender!!! Pinot Noir eh, I always find that grape a but thin, but then I am hooked on the Languedoc. To convert you, try this from Lebanon. Once tasted, you will never go back

Ha ha Its not prescriptive Hugo, but indicative. For example, do you glug wine or hold it in the mouth for a few seconds? If you hold it then the above image comes into play

Chateaumusar is one I keep for special occasions, like being on my own so that I don't have to share.

Here is a vineyard that I discovered by accident during a trip to Barcelona Pares BaltaNot available to my knowledge in the UK other than via Top Selection a London based wine merchants. I have seen it on the wine lists at Gordon Ramsay restaurants as well.
