There is one old moaner, with a horrible estuary accent ( probably originates from Woolwich or similar) who stands on the in the Dri build and just comes out with awful crap. His voice just loud enough for 50- 60 people around him to hear. Moans at players and officials and delivers the most sh1tty calls like - ' ref, should have gone to spec savers'. He is probably only a minor irritant to others but I am now beginning to despise him, it getting to be a problem! I can see this being a problem if you have an allocated seat or whatever but if you're standing on a terrace and you're regularly next to people that annoy you then maybe stand somewhere else? Too simple?

Long shot I appreciate...
I have a East Terrace season ticket but currently have plantar fasciitis which basically means I can't walk at all without the aid of crutches and I certainly can't stand for an entire football match.
Despite the fact i've been a season ticket holder for 17 years now the ladies in the club shop are sadly unwilling to do anything to help.
So as a final long shot, because I really don't want to miss the match on Saturday, is anyone willing to swap their seat with my terrace ticket for this match only? I could probably also put some money in for you if that would persuade anyone?!
Edit: Oh and if it appeals more I could easily make it a two ticket swap...

In my opinion the issue isn't so much the defence itself but the protection it is given.
The balance of the midfield is awful and is full of players who are reasonably tidy on the ball but have little grit. One injury to Sinclair and we look absolutely threadbare. We were forced to change formation last night due to Lines carrying a knock and generally do not have the players to play 4-4-2.
Last night for a time we had Moore, Lines, Sercombe and Bodin across the midfield which is always going to get overrun.
We badly need a horrible bastard in there to win the battle.

Just a thought.....I understand DC has done a great job over the past couple of seasons, and his "ultra honest" media persona is very alluring. But....the Peter Principle springs to mind. Is he out of his depth? He grossly mismanaged the ending of the contracts of experienced players, and his player recruitment seems to have a dominant thread. He acquires young, often loaned players, and seems reluctant to bring in any experienced old heads who have "been round the block". Does he worry his authority might then be undermined. At least, does he need a savvy, experienced no. 2 working alongside him? Is this true? We don't have too many experienced players at the moment but it isn't correct to suggest this is a policy or an ongoing theme. Monkhouse, Easter, Mansell and even Lines all signed by DC and he kept on McChrystal and Mildenhall too.

I stupidly left it right until the last minute to actually purchase the match pass and now the match centre and therefore the option to buy the match pass has gone.
Am I too late?!

Can anyone speculate as to how much VPN data I am likely to need? I currently have a VPN with 10 gig, that will be absolutely plenty right? Out of curiosity, is that Windscribe? If so, there's a code to add on an additional 40gb a month for free. It was Windscribe, impressive knowledge! I've just added the voucher after a quick Google. Nice one mate! Thank you.

I've sent an email to my partner with the link for the promotion pair on with the title Father's Day. Subtle enough? Obviously not as they haven't been ordered P.s. not to interfere with your family arrangements (I'm from Wiltshire so I know a bit about 'close' families) but aren't your kid's supposed to buy them? Hmmm... obviously not blatant enough after all. My daughter is only three so I can at least forgive her!

Is that the Labour 'Garden Tax' which a) isn't a policy at all and b) if you're referring to Land Value Tax very likely wouldn't apply to gardens. Put down the Murdoch press and do some of your own actual research please. Blimey,Richard! Is fact discouraged on this topic in favour of regurgitating The Daily Mail?

It's not Like DC is Bristol Rovers best kept secret. Id imagine he is well known throughout the football league for his time here. Id like the fans to give the guy some recognition last game of the season. A banners in the Thatchers End or something. Whilst DC certainly isn't a secret I do think we get less coverage than similar clubs in the same division. I think if Billy Bodin was at some other, perhaps more fashionable, clubs then he'd be getting far more press than he is now, for example. From what I can see there have been 15 League One games on Sky Sports this season featuring 16 different clubs. We are one of the 8 clubs not to feature whilst bizarrely Peterborough have featured three times. More understandably, perhaps, Sheffield Utd and Bolton have both featured four times each. I agree with you about recognition though - we really need to appreciate DC whilst we still have him.

There is a Football League podcast I have been listening to for a little while which is well informed and covers happenings in the Football League on a weekly basis. They have also recently put together a website with regular posts including a current countdown series on young British Football League managers. Frankly I think it's disgusting that Darrell Clarke isn't number one but he is as high as number four at least. Whilst it's great that Darrell is getting some recognition it's a bit of a mixed blessing because i'd much rather he floated well under the radar of Championship clubs! www.ntt20.com/blog-posts/2017/4/18/top-10-young-british-managers-4th-darrell-clarkeThe podcast can be found on either iOS Podcasts or the SoundCloud app. Does anyone else listen to it? *I genuinely have nothing to do with the running of the podcast / website etc, i'm just a fan*

I couldn't get through today either, tried about 10 times and left answer phone messages and everything.
I can't get to the shop as I pick my daughter up from nursery after work each night. Disappointing.

I didn't say you'd lied but I felt your tone was far too condescending for someone that was wrong. You needed shooting down and I done that. There were gaps in the fence to the right side up to yesterday at least. It was the kind of gap where a full panel would have been too big so they must have cut some down to fit. So you lied? There were no gaps Monday morning. So if there are now they must be adjusting it. What was condescending about my reply? You've been on here five minutes and are a qualified psychiatrist. Standards are improving. Or is that condescending as well? Wrong.

does it really matter ffs It does as he said I'd lied. If I was clever enough to be able to send photos from my iPhone to the list I'd do so. I can report that after extensive hard work by the JCB and Navi's, we have a completed fence on the property Big thank you to my resident Spy who keeps me informed of every movement on site.... Balders will you stop that dogging please... Tell your spy that by the time he told us the missiles had launched, they would have landed. Or he would do if he was still around to tell the tale. The fence was completed last weekend. I went up there on Monday morning and other jobs were being dealt with. It seems strange that only one half of the boundary has been fenced. I know that's because the other half is secure, but for the sake of aesthetics it would look better, but then there is the cost of course. Not true at all. I drive past it twice a day and the fence was completed either today or yesterday. I genuinely can't remember which as one drive to and from work blends with another but it was certainly no longer ago than yesterday.

Andy Stockhausen has recently been made redundant.
You know you're bad when even the Evening Post don't want you.
