A big no from me, it will make the game too stop/start.
Its fine for borefest sports like Cricket and Rugby, but leave football alone.

Agree with the idea, but it's nothing compared to rugby imho. Need to stop the clock too, no point taking a guess as to how long you've taken to make a decision

It will be brilliant for midweek away games, 10-15 minutes added time, great!!

I think teams should have just one chance to review in a game, not two or three. If they have just the one, then they'll probably want to save it for that 'shocker' decision, possibly involving a penalty or sending off.
