Southend and Fleetwood for promotion looks a decent bet. Northampton for the play offs worth a few quid.

As things stand I would hang on to your money ...or donate it to a worthy cause. We are way short of top six given what other clubs have been recruiting this summer. I see us 14th at best with this set of players.
Now seriously starting to doubt we will see any big signings before Charlton ... wait until the end of the transfer window and see what panic additions we might have added when we are left standing unable to score goals. Then it might be time to lump on !

I cant argue with that one Marshfield you are right. My problem is that I over expected on the recruitment front this summer, got my hopes up for a great year and in my mind now its still way light if we are going to challenge. Good call on Victor Meldrew as well ... Wife calls me that all the time. I'm very easy going with life generally but where my team are involved i get wound up ....

You are definitely not the only ones. People can say what they like about friendlies, but we clearly dont have enough depth if our squad players cant beat Bath City. Our recruitment once again has been slow and we are no stronger than we were end of last season.

Decent side Bath City, their pre-season seems to be going swimmingly.

Northampton have only gone and lost to Rushden and Diamonds and Kettering this preseason! That's them doomed.

Millwall will be favourites to fall after only drawing at Dartford. Bradford are in for a season of struggle since park avenue hit them for 3! Poor old Fulham eh. Losing to Wealdstone means they may as well give up now...
