Out of interest to see how many fans are not a fan of Ellis and how many are. I personally am a fan and think he has the potential to be a good player if consistent.

I personally am a fan and think he has the potential to be a good player if consistent. he's a gas player so I support him but he frustrates me more than anybody in our squad because he could be so much better/consistent. He's like a fit mrs who refuses to sleep with you often! Yeah It could be great once in a blue moon but you are left more frustrated than not most of the time!!! |

Anyone who can put in the odd good performance and score the odd goal has the potential to be a good player if consistent but you only become a good player when you are consistent and I'm still waiting for Ellis to become that player. Hand on heart I hope I'm wrong but I think he's league 2 standard at best and won't achieve anything more than he has up to now. But like I said I hope I'm wrong. |

I'd like to see him more aggressive! He's far too chilled! That killer instrinct is what he lacks! Not ability - frustratingly.

Big fan of Ellis. Hope he can go up a level this year, but unlike others I think he has made useful contributions over the last couple of seasons and has been well worth his place in the squad.
