The corridors of power he later admitted was a chat in the West Enclosure. I'm sure he hasn't been banned from the West Enclosure, we'd probably have heard about it. No I didn't. I've never been in the West Enclosure.

The corridors of power he later admitted was a chat in the West Enclosure. I'm sure he hasn't been banned from the West Enclosure, we'd probably have heard about it. No I didn't. I've never been in the West Enclosure. Corridors of b0ll0x. Back by popular demand. Couldn't be bothered before as Ive said before, too many children on here being hilariously funny. It took all this time for someone to come up with the definitive answer, as repeated above. I repeated what was heard and the people discussing it are well known to most gasheads. I was surprised to hear there were two potential prospects as I had heard only a snippet of one. It was the conversation in the West Stand that confirmed the rumour I had heard. No more, no less. That was what I posted, and suddenly I am being asked to name names, etc etc. All I know is as above. I like many others, don't believe it is viable to remain at the Mem. I hope, if that's our only choice, that I am wrong. What do I think will happen? Nothing. I think that the UWE failure will be allowed to fade, then sometime later we will be told the Mem will not be redeveloped. In our current layout, nothing can be built at the tent end, as the retaining wall there is not strong enough. So we would need to start buying properties at that end to reinforce it. Cost? No idea. We already know that to make a decent size stadium (20,000 plus) the ground would need to be turned round, so presumably it would be only about 15000 capacity. Doubtful that we could sustain championship football with that capacity. It's well known that it is cheaper to build a stadium from a clear site than one already developed. Severciders cousin who has helped develop several stadiums over the years could tell you. Though he is not a gashead, and not on this site. More importantly, to complete a rebuild quickly, we would need to leave for two years. ?The council will not be happy to let the locals live next to a building site for 4 or 5 years. If the Mem is rebuilt, how do we pay off the people putting up the front money? No, I don't know either. By the way Someone said there were reciprocal Heads of Terms, the vice chancellor confirmed on the radio that he was expecting to receive one, but hadn't, and we say we sent one. The question is, who is telling porkies? I hope it's the UWE, but again I don't know.

The original post is either a troll or stupid.
Supporting evidence is only conjecture.
No acknowledgement of recent investment.

He said west stand which is different to the west enclosure, the latter being the terraced part and the former being the seats and boxrs And truth differs from bullsh1t. The former being verifiable reality and the latter being crap made up by bitter ex-directors fantasising about getting back into the boardroom.

It really would represent quite the business plan for Dwane Sports to increase our operational expenditure to such a point that we couldn't possibly break even - no matter how full the ground each week - and then still expect to make a profit! I expect that sort of out of the box thinking is exactly how they got to where they are today in the Jordanian and wider Arabian business world... The plan was all along to maximise pasty sales. Now we have contactless card payments it is expected that we will cash in on previously missed out pastry sales and turn our 750,000 loss reflected in our 2016 accounts to a mega profit. £3 a pasty- presumably is all profit. (No staff costs, wastage, or cooking expenses) It's basically cash. Assuming, I'm right. Then we only need to sell 250k extra pastys each season for turn that loss into a profit. (750k/3) So far, we're due to play 26 games at the Mem. So in fact that's only 9615 extra pasties a game. Which is actually only an 1.19 pastys per supporter per match. As long as no one eats sausage rolls, by this time next year we'll be millionaires!!!!! ......

As long as no one eats sausage rolls, by this time next year we'll be millionaires!!!!! ...... So by your reckoning, as these are extra pasties that have to be sold each match, every man woman and child that currently doesn't eat a pasty has to eat 1.19 pasties from now on, and those that do already eat a pasty now have to eat 2.19 pasties. At that rate our bigger stadium will still only hold 12000 cos the seats will have to be so much bigger to cope with the fact that we will all be fat bastards by the time it's built
