Not one to spread rumours, but I understand that rumours are circulating within the Bristol football community that all is not well at the Mem. Sources have told me that Dwayne Sports do not want to spend any money on the club and expect us to make profits. If any of this is true, then I can now understand why we pulled away from the UWE Stadium project. There are also rumours of conflicts within the Al Qadi family regarding the spending of money on Bristol Rovers. Hope none of this is true, but with many asking why Chinese people were at the game with Plymouth on Saturday makes me wonder if the Al Qadi take over has gone sour and the family are now looking at options to pull out! Seems like we are back in a mess, AGAIN!!!!

Whilst I was out in Clifton with my family on Sunday night for a meal , I noticed a very well dressed Chinese family eating and enjoying themselves, almost looks as if they could of been celebrating something , the plot thickens ....

I doubt that the AQ family really expected to turn a profit after what, 18 months?
Being bankers, and therefore extremely cautious when it comes to risk, I rather suspect they went through the club accounts with a fine tooth comb, and probably assessed previous years accounts as well.
Me, I believe in good luck, and carry a 4 leaf clover and a rabbits foot with me everywhere I go. Working on the theory of "What could possibly go wrong"? I have just purchased a country mansion, a luxury yaught, an executive jet and several top-end cars in the sure and certain knowledge I'm going to win the Euro millions this evening.
