Hi, Well played, very entertaining game - here is a hopefully not too biased report on the game today. The end you were housed in (formerly our home end)was named after the Two Lincoln fans who died during the Bradford Fire. A View From The Stacey West

Thanks for posting this stmi - very interesting to read how our players performed, through the eyes of an opposing supporter. Good luck for the rest of the season, apart from your visit to The Mem, of course!

Yep 3-2 to them and doesn't list Harrison as scorer. Maybe he's after Kirsty's job? If so, he's hired!

Hi,
Appreciate you writing this so quickly (especially after a defeat for you). Sounds like a day where attacks were on top. Hope we see more games like this this season (us Gasheads have been starved of goals and attack-minded games for soooooooooooooooo long !!
Respect to you again !.

Great read .Sounds like Leadbitter's goal was a cracker.Pleased for him as despite the criticism'Worst player ever to wear the Quarters etc', I thought he did well against Grimsby and will provide competition and allow Lockyer to play in a more appropriate position .Roll on Tuesday.

A View From The Stacey WestGreat post mate, when I see/hear the opposition saying it how it is with honesty and Integrity I have to give full respect as football/sport is so full of opinionated/tribal type views. If you read this post correctly as a Rovers fan, taking into account it is only one persons views there are plenty of positives as far as we are concerned. Onwards an upwards, fingers crossed. Good luck to the Imps stmi!

Very nice post stmi, and thank you for the info and being civil despite a gut-wrenching loss for you in a big game for both of us.
Hugo The Elder will take responsibility for posting something similarly level headed on the forum of the next team we lose to, whilst all around him the forums go ballistic. Coz he's a nice guy. And he de man in charge here.

I've inly seen leadbitter play once - Grimsby and thought he was our best player before going off with a knock. Half the problem I think is everyone who wanted us to sign the other right back has taken out their frustrations on him maybe ? People sometimes need time to prove themselves in all Walks of life and plenty of footballers have been brilliant in their first few games at a club and then gone in to do nothing.
