1) allow Bath city to groundshare the Mem. 2) demolish Twerton park and build a modern stadium of modest capacity (5-6000) on the site. 3) once complete Bath City and Bristol Rovers move to the new Twerton park. 4) Flatten the Mem 5) build a new Mem of 20,000. 6) Rovers move back to the new Mem. why build Bath a ground too? Why don’t we build a few more whilst we’re at it Bath City are planning to rebuild the main stand anyway. So will have funding plans for that To get the ground to a standard Rovers would be allowed to play league one/championship football in it might be better to spend modest amounts on rebuilding the other three sides What would it take ? a small seated stand at each end (800 ?),buildings in the corners to house toilets and refreshments. a seated stand where the popular terrace stood (2000 ?)
Being able to flatten the mem in one swoop and build all at once may save a lot of money on the build...which could fund the Bath upgrades.
They play at the mem rent free rovers play at twerton rent free.
Its just a ponderance....nothing to get worked up about.

Thinking about the stadium issue keeps you sane ? It drives me mad ! Lol I’d rather do the Mem up in to a 20,000 capacity than move to UWE but I doubt either will happen any time soon so I’d rather not think about tooo much. If you only knew my family then you would understand why I look forward to going to work😀
