So here we are. It's now March we are still in contention. Our play-off push is not over. We have a game in hand over Plymouth. With three victories back to back in the next few weeks, the last month will be interesting. We have the experience and we know that with this team and our manager anything is possible. As I look around the bus I can see I am not the only one. Is David Icke sat next to you? David Icke wouldn’t get on our bus as he’s a dreamer with fantasies beyond reality. Not me. On many occasions some have underestimated this team and the manager. From where we were, where we are now is pretty ground-breaking. When we lost to Barnet 2-0 and near bottom of conference it would have been ground breaking to think in a short space of time we would be where are now. Win today and the bus will be rocking all the way to play offs. March is the month when results really matter. In DC we trust.

Where we're you when we lost to Wimbledon and scraped a point at home last week? Far more teams to worry about other than Plymouth.

Meanwhile this is worth a read. Motivational stuff for people like me. There is a copy on every seat of the bus! www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/bristol-rovers-darrell-clarke-playoffs-1283364.amp

With Northampton, Plymouth and Peterborough to come the future is in our hands. Let’s not worry about Charlton either. We play them too! Fingers crossed we get the points and all have a safe drive home.

Two points off the play offs as it stands. If it stays like this bigjock is right - there willl be more than one bus. We are ground breaking....

Let’s burst there bubble. This league and final position cannot he predicted quite yet. The best play off candidates will bounce back. I’m certain we will.

The truth is, if we can put in a big performance next week and come home with the points, we will be very much in the play off picture so far from all lost. Whatever happens, it's great to be in with a shout after so many thought we were doomed when Billy left and even before. We have great resilience and truly have a squad to be proud of. Record before Bodin left: P26 Pts 32 1.23pts per game Record since he left: P10 Pts 18 1.8pts per game Bennett looks a really shrewd replacement, too.

There are a few disappointed passengers on the bus this evening. They got on the bus full of enthusiasm and belief that we might just make it.
A few of them doubt we can make it this year. It certainly looks tough and others will need to drop points in unexpected places. If they do then it will be close.
Recently, we have narrowly lost games and so we shouldn’t be too disappointed.
A couple of victories and we might still be close enough to make the last few weeks interesting.
Will we do better than last year? Are we still making good progress?
We can’t be ground breaking every year but many would think it was a good season if we finished just outside the playoffs. Me, it’s still possible for play offs but not probable. Two back to back wins and who knows.

Can't see it happening this season, Rich.
Too many other teams with more points than us and too few games left.
We probably have to out-perform Bradford, Portsmouth, Charlton, Peterborough, Plymouth and Scunthorpe to reach the play offs.
That's almost unachieveable.
In fact it would be ground-breaking.

Given we're 10th if we don't outperform 5 of them them then we aren't going to reach the play offs! Plymuff, Pompey, Posh & Charlton all have some hard looking games coming up with Plymuff having to play at Scunny next followed by Posh, so if we can close the gap on on 6th by Saturday night then things could start to get really interesting ahead of the Blackburn game.

I had a great sleep last night. I’ve been awake a while. I’m been thinking. If our manager still has a dream then why not us. Some will think it is a tall order. Maybe, it is. So many teams have to play other teams who are also at the top. Let’s have some fun and be as enthusiastic as our manager. We might be not get to play offs. Some have already decided that it’s not possible this season. I am clear headed and can see a route to the play offs. Win the next two games and it will be very interesting. Can we again be ground breaking?

We just have to win our next game that’s all that matters , and I believe we will.
