The rumour is he was at the Yeovil v Exeter game today scouting a player.
The fact this rumour was totally made up by me should in no way stop it being passed about as fact.

A bloke by us got a text from a mate who was adamant that DC was at Swansea to take the Managers job. After another debacle today I would willingly have driven him to Swansea tonight on my way home. At the present time I would think the only clubs who would be looking for DC as a possible manager are the likes of Torquay etc in the National league. Two more away defeats and one at home to Portsmouth will probably seal his fate, after all this is a results business and past successes don'the count .

I think most clubs would be able to see that DC hasn't been given the resources he was promised when he turned down the Leeds job. This is the first season he hasn't delivered (discounting 8 games three years ago), so I don't think his reputation will have suffered too much for those who can look at the reasons behind the recent decline.

DC spent £500K+ on Nichols, Sercombe and Partington plus re-signed Sweeney and also re-signed all of the players in today's sqaud. DC's probably had more support this summer other recent managers could only dream about. Plus why set us today with such an ineffective formation. If DC left Rovers I can see him having to drop down to Div 2 rather than get a Div 1, or better, managers job.

The man deserve more respect than that. Would like to think I am an honest poster who comments on how I see things. DC has had loads of respect from me on here, have a look back on my posts of the past. His achievements for us can not be doubted. Having said that the past is the past and when he presides over a team who can never even manage a draw all season and with the truly horrendous record of defeats this season questions need to be asked. The owners are being blamed by some, but we all know who brought this squad of players to the club and continues to play the likes of Sinclair, Lockyer etc etc who have done well for us in the past but have been appalling this season and quite clearly not league one players. We are spiralling out of control towards relegation at this moment in time and after watching that powder puff performance today I for one can only see one outcome.

What kind of wages are they on compared to squads at the top in L1?

Anyone heard of this Daniel Farke bloke? Since he's turned up DCs powers have weakened. It's like Mario & Wario.
Some strange goings on in the corridors of power.

maybe this is a little harsh, but to me not being able to sit on a bench for 90 mins due to flu-like symptoms seems a bit poor. He didn't need to be on the touch line bellowing orders, just observe the game and be on-hand to make changes when needed. Perhaps it wouldn't have made a difference today, but one thing's for sure DC's absence didn't help!

The beard as our main striker ? Looking forward to seeing your formation and explain why it was better than the one we had against Doncaster

Looking forward to seeing your formation and explain why it was better than the one we had against Doncaster Bodin on the right wing instead of just behind the front two where he played v Southend? Or just match Doncaster from the start and go 5 at the back, as for an hour yesterday it was like we didn't have a midfield. I'm really starting to think DC had taken us as far as he can and signing just 4 players in January won't keep us up.
