Early warning that there is an Amber warning issued for heavy snow tomorrow for Greater Manchester and as Oldham is the highest ground in the EFL there is a likelihood the game may be postponed.

Two predictions from two different experts, lets say, at least one was wrong, 50 50 is not great, seeing they both say they are experts ! The berry count on the tree next door said it was going to be a hard'ish winter, that might be a better guess than the weather experts.

You mean the "experts" like 'LADBible' that post things on facebook and other social media sites? Experts are Met Office, BBC Weather, etc. Always very accurate.

Are you mad or some thing ? An example of these fake weather predictions you mentioned which I often see on facebook every year saying the same rubbish. The real experts do not predict such things that you mentioned in your original post. As someone who takes a real interest in nature and its weather it's frustrating seeing the bad reputation the real 'expert' forecasters get when it's actually incredible how far their technology has advanced, allowing them to make remarkably accurate predictions.

No snow after 8 am in Oldham on Friday.
Sunny with showers and a balmy 7 degrees C at kickoff.
It's on.
