This thread is a total embarrassment ! We are not the only fans who experience poor service on match days , does anyone believe that supporters of other clubs don't que for refreshments never have leaky toilets never run out of food etc We should be proud that we still have numbers to cause ques and sell out of certain products ? Yes things could be better but there are ways of going about complaining about things like this . Don't do your dirty washing in public ! Those pri:is south of the river will be loving this sort of thing !Read Hugo's last line of his post on the Yesterday thread because that's what I will be doing coming back for more next season and for many more after that ! UTG No the thing they love more than anything else is that we bend over and take shoddy service up the ass and do sweet FA about it. Quite the opposite to the aim of this thread Fair point , I just get frustrated at times with people's negative outlook on the club . They have tried to improve things but not all efforts have come off ! We have had our hopes dashed with UWE , so can understand the frustration about the place at moment but I was trying to make the point that no football club runs smoothly on match days Maybe a face to face with a club rep and fans rep would be a better way to air peoples concerns

I get in to the ground as close to kick off as possible, never use the toilets or buy and food/drink at the ground and go straight home afterwards. Just from reading posts from other gasheads it seems the club are getting the simple things wrong and I think that is the thing that wateres most people off, certainly would for me if id experienced it first hand. People, especially the English, like to have a good old moan and we arent doing great and just sold our best player for the 2nd January window in a row. We need something to lift spirits again. Ball is now in the clubs court.

The facilities are more important to me now.

The family terrace is a joke. Unless your child is at least 8 yrs old they have virtually no hope of getting a decent view of the match. To be the family terrace should not exist. For me that would be better being the South West stand. Still wouldnt be ideal
