Anyone know how away fans get tickets for the West Stand at the northern end. The group of about six obviously attracted attention to themselves when Bradford scored. When berated by us they weren't exactly trying to keep a low profile. When asked to leave they were quite antagonistic. Are these players complimentary tickets as obviously it's sold out every game.

We’re they still there when Rovers scored the 3rd? I hope so as I’m sure you gave them dogs abuse, I know I would have!

Were they in the reserved area? The dark seats?

Were they in the reserved area? The dark seats? Yes they were. Seats reserved for directors and players guests i believe.

Not sure why you think that? Sad, yes that there was a minor disturbance at the game but important for the club to address how and why this occurred. Perhaps then similar instances can be avoided in the future.

Don't worry they were outed.
Like old school, they were escorted to away end, at least one was wearing a Bradford scarf, but no doubt they were anonymous in the end!

As GHB said they were in reserved seats and according to a very good source were guests of the Bradford Directors. Obviously quite entitled to celebrate a goal but unsure what was said to Rovers supporters in the West enclosure directly below them to cause such a furore.

I recall the days before segregation. Ok spoilt by Neanderthals but it was often good standing with decent opposition fans and taking the game in together.
The way some fans react now because they see a few opposition fans in our area is way over the top. We’re all the same really, fans of the game, we just follow different teams.
Grow up!

What was their crime exactly? Celebrating their team scoring a goal? I was in the home end at Craven Cottage when we played them in the cup and celebrated our two goals like a maniac. No bother whatsoever, in fact quite a few Fulham fans congratulated me on how well my team was playing. How it should be imo.

The back row, behind the Presidents Club seats, are usually reserved for the away clubs officials and staff.
When I have hospitality at away grounds there is usually a requirement for no away kits, scarves or ties and you are not supposed to celebrate your away team enthusiastically.
As an aside, when I had hospitality at Bradford City in September 2011, it was one of the best I have ever had.

My Dad used to take us to Eastville, and we stood at the front of the Muller Road End in the 'family enclosure'. We never had any problems, except games against Millwall and Chelsea, which were pretty full on.

Gasheads in the West really didn't help the situation with their reaction. Why do we have to have a problem with fans from a different club celebrating a goal near us? Grow up!

To be fair if you celebrate in the home stands at any away game you'd expect to get at least some verbals, or punch or two at the wrong ground, otherwise we'd all just get tickets in the home stands at opposition grounds? Given how dodgy the pen decision looked I think common sense would have suggest you didn't celebrate to wildly this afternoon.

Ask the old bill It’s not me that needs to grow up, I can quite happily respect someone’s right to support the opppsition and celebrate when they score. It’s only a game! It’s called maturity. How do you grow up from maturity my friend? Eh?
