So Oxford don't have a manager but won 3 -2 at Charlton last week. It's going to be a tough match - hope a few faces return to the side - Locks, Leads. Anyone heard what Lockyer's injury actually is ? Think a draw would be a good result. Anyone more optimistic ? and why ? www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/2018/february/darrelloxfordpreview/Think I heard DC drop a small hint here about injured players coming back - there again I may have imagined it !

Interesting it seems he deliberately took loanees who were approaching the end of their contract. Hadn't heard that before.

Love the way DC is talking about building long term. Shrewd as. And that was def a strong hint and his trademark sideways glance 👏

I have a rare Saturday free. No work. No ticket. Does anyone know if they let you in the Home end without demanding proof of Oxford address for a sold-out game like this?

Interesting it seems he deliberately took loanees who were approaching the end of their contract. Hadn't heard that before. I’m wondering if that is one shrewd move by Dc regarding Bola and especially Dom Telford nearing the end of his Stoke contract , with Telford it makes you wonder if he’s seen something special from him in training , and rather than play him regularly thus Stoke wanting to keep hold of him or them upping their asking price for the lad he keeps him in the stiffs and goes with the usual up front pairings out of Gaffers, Harrison and Nicols etc , then come the end of the season no one comes in for the lad because no ones seen him play and we pick up the bargain of the season on a 3 year contract and he bangs in 25 next season 🤞you never know could be an excellent bit of acumen from the manager.

Free and lowish wages, it’s a yes from me, all be it both relatively unproven. Both show promise, although can’t help feeling something odd about DT that is stopping him getting decent game time in particular. Danger is both will have higher wage expectations than Poundland but aren’t worth it, hence dropping down a bit

I certainly would, their both still very young and Telfords goals to games ratio isn't bad at all, I rate him more than Nichols tbh, he will get more of a chance this end of the season I think. Bola is also very impressive at times and as soon as his defensive maturity clicks then he will be a decent player to have in the squad.

Bit of an ask but don’t suppose anyone knows of any tickets going for Saturday? I’m after 3. Went last year but didn’t expect it to sell out like it has this time. Cheers. UTG

I was looking at doing the same, but on their website it states that you have to be on their database, ie have bought a ticket for a previous home or Wembley game
