Belanta must be fit enough now to at least be on the bench. Why on earth did we sign him if he isn't? This signing actually seemed a bit exciting and surely can't be so off fit that he can't make the squad in the bloody Conference? Daryl please enlighten us as to the present position as Turley "wanted to play for Bristol Rovers" surely Balanta must now be ready to let loose???

Players not match fit.... In the old days a player would sign a nano second before the deadline, be in the team next day and score. these days a player has to be match fit, gel with the other players..... I'm getting old Realised I missed talk like a pirate day yesterday too.

Maybe, Darrell recognised it was a good opportunity to sign a player who should be playing who should be playing at a higher level and he was worth waiting a couple of weeks as will be a good investment in the long run? Compare it to buying a Ferrari that needed a lot of work doing to it but once all the work was done then the Ferrari is worth a lot more than what was paid at the time.

In the good old days we had a reserve team who played just as many games in a season as the first team. It was great for players trying to get match fit or youngsters fighting their way into the first team.
Now we have a bench full of subs and even more players sat in the stand who desperately need match practice. Footballs a funny old game!

If he is still only in his mid twenties how unfit can you be ? He should be able to at least come on for the last 15 mins.
