Thought we replaced him straight away? If you're talking about Mensah, then no. DC said when we signed Mensah he was one for the future and not to expect too much to soon. He also said that he'd had the ideal replacement for Bodin lined up but got a call the night before he was due to sign to say he'd changed his mind. OK cheers, I thought he was a like for like replacement.

Only worth getting anyone in who is better than what we have or has the potential to improve us.
Northampton signing 9 players is just bookers, thankfully we don’t need to go down that route.
I’m not an Otis Khan fan. Looks a bit lightweight to me & we already have Nichols in that mound. As for Tony Craig exceptionally experienced player who would no doubt add something to the squad.

Passed the Mem earlier - lots of expensive 'agent's type' cars in the car-park - though they could be Hamer's collection awaiting mobile carwash?1

Let's hope we get a good defender. Our disastrous pre-Christmas defending hasn't been forgotten. Don't want to go through that debacle again.
On another transfer note, is Wenger completely off his trolley by letting Sanchez go to United in exchange for Mkhitarian ?? Must be the worst Gunners deal in history.

There is clearly absolutely zero investment coming from the AQ's, not on the playing side anwyay. The whole "FFP regulations" is utter bullshat too. Just a smokescreen to mask the fact they dont want to put a penny in.

I'm sure FFP doesn't actually apply to anyone lower than the championship?

I'm sure FFP doesn't actually apply to anyone lower than the championship? It may not be called FFP, but you're only allowed to have a wage budget that is a certain % of your revenue. That's in all 4 divisions

Yeah, pretty much the money from Taylor... might have been a £100k on top, but big deal. Peanuts.
