If you're a bit peckish before the Rochdale game (or any home game), and you fancy some east Mediterranean style pastries, you could do worse than visit this place: www.bristanbul.co.uk/Just sayin'.

Do they donate some of their profits to the club, or do they pay for sponsorship in the programme?
Or like the Welly are they just taking trade from the club? Just asking?
Maybe if we have a future stadium planning application they can join a lobbying group to fund against the club moving away, so they do not lose their revenue (allegedly - or not as the case must be).
Sorry my big bug bear. The old mine host at the Welly admitted they paid money to prevent/ delay a move to the UWE (then retracted this statement) and still Rovers supporters go there.?!?#?. This cost us millions.
Feed the hands of the creature that tries to bite you!
Sorry rant over!

Vegetable pasties have been taken off the in-house menu again, so no option but to spend my money elsewhere.

The problem is, having a couple of pints & some grub is part of the match day 'experience', and whilst the club remain in the dark ages, people will choose to spend their money elsewhere. Ideally we would want a piece of land to build a stadium on, have some bars, cafe's or choice of food outlets on that site, hotel & Confrence facilities, gym facilities, crèche, mini market etc. all providing income for the club.............

It would appear a number of people left after the starter was served up and missed the greatest main meal in living memory (if you're a black cat....) ALWAYS STAY TO THE END, NO MATTER WHAT THE SERVICE IS LIKE.

This cost us millions. Feed the hands of the creature that tries to bite you! Sorry rant over! Still pedalling the old chestnut about the Manager of the Wellie paying money out of his own pocket to Trash or are you claiming Bath Ales the then owners of the Wellie did so to stop Rovers moving away from the Mem. You mentioned this many moons ago without providing a shred of evidence and still you frown on any gashead drinking in any of the pubs around the Mem. I would once again suggest that 23 matches plus a few cup games in a calender year, where Gasheads drink for a few hours would hardly be missed by a drink/ food/hotel pub lke the Wellie when you consider their total income for a year. You obviously have no idea about the profit margin on a price of a pint. As regards taking trade away from the Club, if the club could provide decent facilities with plenty of room to accommodate us Gasheads as well as away supporters, we would all drink at the ground. That is unless you consider drinking outside in the rain at a glorified burger van/bar is good value for money. Not forgetting the spacious indoor facilities that were jammed packed when we were in the National league let alone the Football league. I and hundreds of Gasheads as well as large numbers of away supporters drink at the Wellie as well as other hostelries in the area and I feel quite sure would refute your suggestion that we are feeding the creature that tries to bite us.
