Interesting bbc article on Clarke Osborne this week. I really hope it’s not flat pack Swedish furniture being sold at Plainmoor in the future. Eastville was before my time but it seems Torquay fans are very suspicious after his history with us

It's so sad what has happened to Torquay - I think all Gashead have loved going to Plainmoor across the years. It's a very sad dimise and has happened so quickly. I remember that game where they beat at the Mem 1-0 and it seems to have gone down hill ever since for them. Perhaps they should have kept Buckle !!!

Their loanee on that day from Spurs was head and shoulders above anything else on the pitch. We were really awful that day.Thank goodness we didn't dwell too long in the Conference.Seems Barnet destined for a return though.

Would be a real shame if Torquay disappeared off the map, club wise.

Nobody outside of South Devon will care in the long run. Numerous clubs have been there and bought the tee shirt, ours included.
May well be the catalyst required, look at the proper Wimbledon as a fairy tale example on how to do it and perhaps one day we may be playing them again. Lets hope it's a very, very, very long time before we do though.
Have every sympathy for the fans and their history as a football club.
Now that shower of sh*t from South Bristol, that's a completely different kettle of whelks...............

"It's ridiculous that somebody should be so hidden when he's the owner of a football club. "There needs to be some accountability for how he's proceeding with it and the path that he's planning on going down for the next five years."
