Cracking strike by Lines to win us the match. Doesn't get much credit of late but that's the second time in recent weeks where he has really put his hand up when we needed someone to win us a game.

Nice finish from Lines and good header from Partington who must be loving life at the mem, 3 goals in his last 3 home games. Disappointing to concede straight from kickoff and looking back at the highlights it looks like an avoidable goal. AFC Wimbledon is a tough place to visit but we are more than good enough to get something from the game, Saturday is a really good chance to show that we are building momentum.

He does seem to have hit a patch of good form recently, which he always seems to do after being dropped for a short period. Maybe he just needs a kick up the arse every now and again to motivate him.

Blatant handball for their first! The annoying thing about that is the ref had a perfect view of it. I can remember the days when linesmen were not weak, had some backbone and were not afraid to try and over rule the ref.Not anymore, they seem hesitant to even put their flags up for a throw-in unless the ref gives it first.

Some great goals there to rescue an otherwise poor display for 1st 60 mins, all 3 well worked and show we are always going to be a scoring threat as game progresses. But how did the ref miss the handball from 10 yards away? And the defending for their 2nd was truly woeful all through our own half. Shows maybe our defence still not quite the real deal and we get punished from midfield too often, although we are generally better at dealing with trouble in box, not least with some fine Smith saves

The ref seemed to stare at it as if he'd seen the handball but couldn't make his mind up before giving the goal. If he'd seen it it had to be a free kick. Don't know how he got it so wrong.
You're right about linesmen, the ref may as well be on his own out there

Imagine if that had happened in a play off match. Happy we got the result obviously but it's just weak awful officiating and it ain't good enough.

We took a quick free kick and the linesman continued to side-step up the touchline following the last defender, so he obviously didn't think it was a goal.

I thought Bola might of intercepted the ball but he pulled back from it. Craig and Broadbent were also too slow to read the danger but you've got to give Rochdale credit as it was a decent goal.

Yeah, honestly I don't think we did that much wrong, fundamentally. It was just a really well worked goal, imo.

Spot on Russ. Even down here at Bournemouth the linesmen never give a throw in without looking at the ref to see what way he’s given it. I sometimes wonder why we have them. Last night the linesman just keeled over, even in the middle of the East Stand I could see he handled it. UTG!
