Lewis Leigh-Gilchrist is another player who has done well on loan away from the club this season. I think he has got 14 goals in total from midfield for the likes of Hungerford, Yate and Dorchester. He's the brother of Portsmouth player Danny Rose.

Alfie Kilgour is shown a straight red card on 47 mins for a foul midway inside the Rovers half on Pingling, as he was deemed to be the last man. Still 0-0.

A busy 2 minutes for Michael Kelly, puts Rovers 1 up from the spot then gives away a penalty at the other end 1-1

Finished 1-1. That looks a very good result considering the played most of the second half with 10 men and an outfield player between the sticks. That fighting Gas spirit obviously runs through the whole club.

Wimbledon's youth setup is rather good and they had a couple of seniors playing too.

Always impressed by the way Hargreaves talks and he’s obviously doing something right with the dev squad so long may it continue. Could do worse then have him as first team manager if DC ever goes, god forbid...

Hargreaves snr was one of our more astute decisions, we were lucky he was a main pundit for Bt. Sport the season we were NL as he and DC got to know and like each other well that season. I must admit CH's enthusiasm for the role he has, the sense he talks about both football and nurturing maturing young characters has been really impressive. I hope he sticks around - the club is a better place with him in it.

Just reading his autobiography on the recommendation of others on here. Interesting read and you can see how he can help the young players benefit from his experiences. Interview from today was the first I have seen but has the sound and feel of someone who would be a decent successor to Darrell, God forbid he ever leaves.

It didn't help that you also kept shouting "keep it tight", "get on the end of it" and "get in the box". And not during the game, but through the changing room window before kick off.

It didn’t help when you shouted to the striker, “Who s doing your paper round” and started a rendition of “Does your mother know you re here and you should be used to playing in bibs”
