Understand Terry Oldfield passed away on March 28th. Sadly I never saw him play as he left the club in 1966 just before I started watching at Eastville. However did meet him a few times at book signings and a lovely bloke to talk to. RIP Terry.

Terry Oldfield was a regular in the early 1960's when I began watching at Eastville. I think he was a left half back and was a strong reliable Player in the 2-3-5 formation. Condolences to his Family.

Terry was in the team when I started watching Rovers. He was a steady no thrills player that never gave less than 100%. RIP Terry.

I think there should be a minutes applause in the 78th minute, can this be arranged?

The famous team I saw many times with my dad (I think, though stand corrected): Hall Hilliard, JonesG. Oldfield, Davis, Mabbutt Jarman, Brown, Biggs, Hamilton, Jones R
RIP Terry
