Quite surprised that there was no one to wish him farewell on the pitch at the end of the game yesterday would have been a nice touch for him to get a cheer/applause from the crowd, also thought Wael may have thanked the supporters when he was on the pitch.

Wasn't at the game yesterday. I am surprised by that there being no mention of Nick Day service to the club, unless they have other ideas now. Wael not thanking the fans possibly just a slip. What did he have to say though?

Nick day had a great send off , all done at half time. Why on earth would wael have to say anything to the supporters? You don't see abramovich or the glazers etc thanking the supporters of their clubs.

After the let down of the new Stadium and losing another of our best players and supporters having to watch team in a ramshackle ground, they should be thankful we are getting the crowds we do also regarding Abramovich etc how can you use them as a comparison loads of success great Stadiums and we all know how detached the Premier magnets are from the real fans.

Dont be daft , you say let down of a stadium, how do you know that it wasn't for the good of our club , we lost another one of our best players because a bigger team in a higher league came in for him, that happens to every club at some stage. We've also been watching our team in a ramshackle stadium for Donkeys years so what's that got to do with anything? there has been steady progress off the pitch in lots of areas , just look at what our youngsters have just achieved ! As for wael thanking the fans , why should he ? We've all been supporting the gas long before his arrival and will be long after he's gone ! Owners very rarely thank the fans , it's all about the playing staff and players

I find Premier magnets most attractive.

Don't worry lads the OP is just being a real Rovers fan by slating our owners for not really any good reason and by not taking the p1ss out of City.
