So it's odds on for another defeat on Saturday - are you bothered ?
Last season we finished with 3 defeats in 4 games, this season we haven't won any of our last 6 - does it matter ? does it have a knock on effect on the beginning of next season ?

As far as I’m aware teams get more money the higher up they finish so I guess there is that to play for

Be nice to finish with a great performance, a win, and a feel good end of season.

Add playing the game at 5:30pm for some strange reason and this could be a game most Rovers fans ignore.
It looks like our new Head of Recruitment as a good deal of work to carry out in the next couple of months if we're going to start next season on the front foot for a change.

Nothing strange about it. All the different league matches are played at different times over the weekend. Means they can all be given more coverage at that time and spreads out the excitement. I like that personally.

Think the reason final games in individual divisions are always the same is to avoid any advantage.I.E If one of two teams could go down one may have an advantage by kicking off early and if they won ,it could render the later game meaningless thus giving them a disadvantage.

That much is obvious. I think Topper is getting at why 17:30. My point is that by having leagues 1, 2 and championship at staggered times over the weekend, means each league can be given more coverage at that given time.

Yeah, if a team even, say, delayed their kick off time by 15 minutes or so, they'd be able to cheat another team out of a relegation, for example. www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/day-bristol-city-game-led-66455

Slightly before my time but not surprised, City have always had the morals of Harold Shipman

Saw a very similar line in the window of one of the Glos Rd massage parlours. I thought it was a bargain.

Considering as we seem to get quite a few POTD fans for games in and around London I think we could get close to 1,000 for tomorrow. Looking forward to this now!
