Hi everyone
I run a weekly football group for the Avon and Wiltshire mental health NHS trust with Bristol Rovers Community Trust. The group is open to anyone & helps people improve their physical and mental well-being through sport. The group has really helped by improving the players Anxiety, happiness and around mental health as well as fitness.
A lot of the players are either on benefits or from low income family households so they can’t afford boots.
If you have any unwanted football boots that you would like to donate to the project please let me know.
Here’s a video of two of our players talking about how the project has helped them.https://youtu.be/orkqAY7qq3Q
