I posted at half time that with the right attitude there was no reason we couldn't get back into the game. How refreshing to have a side that doesn't give up as soon as we fall behind. A fantastic point against a side who are yet to lose at home. It is a disgrace that our football club is where it is, but I am bloody proud of the lads who are representing us on the pitch and they deserve our fantastic support for turning it around. Goodnight Irene, I'll see you in my dreams.

Spot on.
This squad appear to have more spirit, grit and determination than our last 4/5 put together. Fantastic.
Very proud of the boys tonight.

Good post this, it's great to finally see players who actually want to put on the shirts again. We would never have got anything from this game in the last 2 or 3 years, would probably have lost 3 or 4 nil after the red.
The attitude is spot on and the quality is improving too.

The consistency, organisation and commitment are so impressive, especially now that we've seen them up against it.

DC got to take a lot of credit for this result tonight, yet again, he get's his tactics spot on. To play 3 at the back and keep 2 up front for the second half salvaged a superb point.

Just back and absolutely buzzing!!! It was a massive point tonight with 2 winnable games to come and most other results tonight neutral. I haven't read any threads yet other than this but I was sat in the home stand behind the home directors and (name drop) James Beatie and none of them thought Milders should have been sent off and i am not sure why Clarkey got his 1st booking??

Clarkey first booking was a joke, Mildenhalls sending off was a joke, and the ref and both linesmen were a joke.
How many times do we have to put up with crap officials like that this season. And never seen so many police outside after the game, yet no sign of any trouble.
Sadly our reputation has gone before us. But what a cracking game and a fabulous equaliser.

Absolutely delighted with the way we fought back. Felt we had the belief that we could still win despite being down to 10.

We really are lucky to have a manager that isn't afraid to attack teams rather than take the boring, defensive approach.
First time in a long time away games can be enjoyable again.

I said to my mate at HT that cunnington would be the obvious swap and it worked a treat. I like lee brown but he's almost wasted as a conventional left back. he was on fire in the second half when pushed up. no need for 4 defenders anyway; they were pretty toothless except set pieces and in the air. Missing Constable maybe?

At one point on the walk home a police man walked out of a fancy dress shop where he said he had been investigating a crime and he touched my shoulder and said I like your trilby. I said thanks I just got it today and he said lets swap hats and we did. I was quite giggly and then he said I should have my hat back and I said ok and he took it back and then he stroked my cheek and said I'll never forget you and then went away. It was a much better experience than I'm used to being an away fan where normally they just steal your girlfriend.

Was a night to be truly proud of being a Gashead, never die spirit on the pitch. I thought the Police & stewards got it spot on, we arrived early & went to the Concorde club. Landlady wasn't overly keen, then a copper on a cycle came for a chat. Very relaxed about the impending Gas invasion, even advised us on the best route out of the ground. Come on you Blues

Agree that the policing and stewarding was spot on last night. So much so that I told several stewards what a great job they had done as we walked out of the ground. The stewards around us were very friendly and showed common sense in minotoring ansd controlling a packed away terrace - the end result was it took the edge off the fans during a game where on the pitch the ref's decisions were inflaming Gasheads which meant there was no trouble.
Great performance last night too!

Sorry, but I didn't say anything pro or anti police. All I said was I couldn't believe how many were there.
