depends on what side of the ground you stand/sit come on Henbury spill if it's a problem, otherwise this is just another something bad may or may not happen type post that achieves nothing but wind people up when nothing actually happens (or before)
I was told that if there is a low turnout for the cup game, parts of the ground will be shut. just like they do for the mickey mouse U23 Competition. Have the tickets gone on sell yet ?

"Reinstate good will"? There is nothing that the board needs to reinstate on my behalf. So you are happy with the communications from the board ? Have you been told about the ground arrangements for the Crawley game ? Have you been told about if and when the new Bar facilities will be available ?? I could carry on............. Perfectly happy with the communication from the club. And if there's something I desperately need to know that hasn't been communicated, I can email/telephone/talk to/tweet etc the relevant person to find out. Beats just complaining about it on here.

This is my whole point about communication. Back when we didn't have Social media we weren't told anything, didn't expect to be told anything and everyone (well, more than today, at least) was fairly happy. I was genuinely worried curious that I had missed something that everyone else knew about except me because (although it doesn't seem like it today) I'm not permanently glued to a screen reading twitter/forum/facebook etc, and further to the posts that followed i find I've been conned by yet another [social] media hype. Oh! for the days when we could just get out on a Saturday and enjoy the football!

I'm reading these last few pages and I am completely baffled by the overreaction from some of the regular senior posters on here.
The point of the open day is for younger fans to interact with the manager/players and get a little closer to the action, not for grown men to question/interrogate senior staff members.
Whilst I agree the dealing of Keith could have been better, you cant stand still forever. Football is a vicious sink or swim business and you have to move on with the times or get left behind by the rest, and is becoming more globalised and less about community. But if you don't like it, you don't have to go.
Someone has already made reference to how we don't like evolution but the moment a bit or revolution happens and a lot of you start losing your minds! Just relax and calm down, I get everyone's worked up because we've just sold Harrison, but the bloke scored 12 goals last season, not like when we lost Lambert, he is replaceable, even arguably by someone better.
Everyone seems to be forgetting the record breaking sponsorship deals, great club shop, improved background and office staff etc. and just focusing on the negatives.
Nothing wrong with the board, the new staff, players, manager. Only thing that needs to change is the attitude and actions of 'supporters'

Certainly not from me so apologies if it's come over that way. I just commented that HTY and I didnt enjoy it as much as we have the previous few years. Shrug.

Sounds like the BoD if they genuinely had to meet discuss KB's resignation, perhaps as that answers the question the mods can now lock the thread!!
As far as the Crawley game if certain stands are closed is that really the end of the world or in reality a sensible costs saving measure, and also less of the new turnstile readers to go wrong.

If DC were in charge the training ground would be finished and the new stadium almost complete.

If DC were in charge the training ground would be finished and the new stadium almost complete. Obviously hes not in charge of the finances but I think he’s probably got say in more things than most at the club. That’s why he loves it here and hasn’t been interested in leaving for a bigger club. It’s prettymuch his club he’s building and if he pushes for something he gets it if it’s possible.

Only thing that needs to change is the attitude and actions of 'supporters' Great post, not everyone spreading poison by the likes of Henbury and co though, we still have plenty of proper supporters with inteligence, integrity, an understanding of business and an appreciation for the consistent and positive strides being made. That will never change because attention seekers are so easy to see through.

So, because you don't agree with what Henbury says, he isn't a "proper" supporter?
Are you a "proper" supporter?
