I know lots of people want to see the new bars and shops, but I have heard that people are going past signs saying do not enter to sneak a peak.
Firstly, what if an accident happened? I am not sure the club would be insured for someone straying onto what is essentially a building site.
Secondly due to the lack of storage, some items have been temporarily put out of the way ie outside against a wall etc, but then have mysteriously vanished. Probably "found" by a lucky souvenir hunter. This is effectively theft and means that the club has to spend more money to replace them.
It's just like little kids at Christmas sneaking into their parents cupboards on 21 Dec cos they can't wait. If you have a bit of patience for a few more days all will be revealed. The Fun Day will soon be here.

Its hard enough managing a site these days with regards to safety. The last thing you will need is some idiot sneaking in to have a look. If there is an accident it will end up with the contractor having to prove that they did everything they could to keep the site secure. Just a load more hassle for the club and the building contractor...
I personally cant wait for the open day - should be good to see all the improvements come good.

Still this all fits in very nicely with the Rovers criteria I suppose.

Doesn't matter what they cost, we won't pay them anyway because we've got no money.

I was up the shop on Thursday, they had the East terrace all coned off so you couldn't get to the pitch to have a look. When I came out two blokes were being "escorted" out because they didn't take any notice and still went past all the cones & tape to have a closer look at the pitch. What is it with these people?

It's all making sense now. Big changes from the incider rumour mill, pitch covered over so no-one can see it, people escorted away by suits and sunglasses, new investors possibly american. It can only mean one thing. We are being turned in to a baseball team.

Nah....I have been told that the visit by Donald Trump to Scotland is actually to meet with those ITK and discuss terms for investing. Hence the suits and sunglasses.....you heard it here first! 🤪

Well it could be that Rovers supporters are so excited that we’re actually doing the Mem up at last that some can’t wait until August and are desperate to see what we’re doing. I think most of us are looking forward to seeing the new bars , stands etc but I guess some have taken it too far. We’re a strange fanatical club aren’t we.

Fair enough supporters are excited to see it. However stepping over or through barricades and/or signs specifically saying No Entry, is surely stepping into the realms of being childish and irresponsible? Excited or not, in the adult world, sometimes you have to be patient and wait, like the rest of us!
