Apparently they have hundreds of slots for their advertisements across Sky this season which will hopefully see a huge increase in members.
Part of me wants to just lump it and stick a fair amount of money in to popular players and hope they just keep rising as members join.

I've gone for a mixture of the top players and the up and coming players between the ages of 16-21. One thing to bear in mind though is, you can only hold shares in players for a maximum of 3 years and then you need to sell them on or you will lose your stake and the right to participate in any Dividend.

Mbappé has to be a good buy (£8.50) with his talent and at such a young age when you compare him to Neymar at £13.60 ish . Pogba at £8.60 and De Bruyne at at £5.50 .... how can that be right ? Still not sure how it works but I assume because of media dividends? Pogba is always in the news, KDB not so much. It's a trap that a lot of people fall into but you've hit the nail on the head there. Pogba gets so much more attention in the media when compared with KDB. The top players aren't always worth what you feel they should be. Personally i don't think Mbappe is worth £8.50 as hes always competing for performance dividends against Neymar (hes a bit of a dividends beast, both media and performance) and Mbappe's media presence isn't that large at the moment. But still this hasn't stopped his capital growth which has been impressive. It's awful looking back at some of the prices i had these guys. Had multiple hundreds of both Neymar and Mbappe at sub £2 at one point.

Until then, I don't think hes good value as Neymar in football index terms is just a superior future to own. His total dividends won to date are 63p (most of this came during the world cup when he wasn't up against Neymar, this won't come around again for 4 years). Hes won 14p in performance dividends at club level. Just in 2018 Neymar has won a total of £1.80 and in 2017 he totaled £2.25. If i had Mbappe at £8.50 i'd be selling up and putting into Neymar personally.

I’m up 56p a future on Mbappé so far so pretty happy so far.

Yeah you'll probably find that Mbappe's capital rise will be higher than Neymar's for the short term future(think everyone is thinking Neymar is too expensive to buy when compared to others, but as shown hes sill returning 15%+ per year in dividends consistently). The capital increases don't always make sense to me once you delve into the actual dividend potential and history but hey profit is profit. Glad you're seeing some nice gains!

KDB's price decreasing as he's out for 3 months and people are selling. Could be worth a look when it settles as he's bound to rise again when he's fit and back at his best.

How are people getting on? I never did sign up! Was just thinking Luke Shaw's price must have gone up over the past month or 2?

I tried it for a bit but, unless I'm misunderstanding the process behind FI, it requires A LOT of long-term patience and a sizeable bankroll to see real ROI and subsequent profit. It's easier enough to make a tenner every week in small increments but I'd rather just spunk £20 on a failed accumulator to be perfectly honest.

I was hooked at first, but 3 weeks on I've now lost a bit of interest and withdrawn most of what I put in.
As mentioned above it seems to take a lot of investment and time to make anything substantial back.
It's a bit of fun and I'll still keep a little bit ticking over in the account, but I prefer my Saturday accumulators.

Not going to plough money in and not really interested in making a tenner or so.

I have put in a tenner and accumulated 67p of dividends and up about a fiver on my investment will just let it play out for the season and see what it comes in.
Bit like chucking a tenner on x to get promoted. you won't see the value until the end of the season

Yep, also back to my accumulators.
Haven't purchased since 13th August and having just checked my portfolio is up 21%. Also won £5.24 in dividends
Don't have much in there so will probably just leave it for the long run.
