Why are other owners prepared to put additional money in, but ours aren't? Feel really sorry for DC having to "pull rabbits out of the hat" and "over achieve" all the time. Could be any number of reasons, mainly they probably don't have the money or see it as a sound investment. The thing is they are spending money because the debt is spiralling- except it is all going on men in suits. Money which is secured against the stadium.

I don't know how DC stays motivated at the moment. I worry we are going to drain the life out of him. The bloke should move on for his own good. Trouble is he has a 5 year contract so he's a bit trapped. Deserves better. Imagine the last season he will be with us. He given us 3 years in league 1. If Wael and Co want us to be successful they need to give DC money to spend. They also need to get us in a new stadium. We all know it. FFS. It's hard listening to DC. The guy know we are still a shambles. Thing is I’m not sure a higher league club would take a chance on him after a couple of Midtable L1 finishes. I think he’d have to make a success of this season if he wants to manage in the champ. DC may come across frustrated but in reality he would of moved on a long time ago if he had lost his passion for the job/club. I take him appointing familiar back room staff such as Widdrington and Dutton as a sign that he is not going anywhere quick.

Well Darren Way is on about Yeovil in the prem, so it’s nice to have a realist in charge.

I think if someone in the championship come in for him now then he'd jump at the chance. He's trapped.

We will have 2 strikers in by the end of the deadline. Our budget is in the lower half of the table, our owners prefer not to put additional money in so DC works within the limits of our turnover. Has to pull rabbits out of hats to get us in the top 6. Speaks to Wael a lot but club needs to be aware that it needs to move forward same as he said two years ago (or something like that, basically a diplomatic way of saying that infrastructure needs sorting). Thats about it. Why are other owners prepared to put additional money in, but ours aren't? Feel really sorry for DC having to "pull rabbits out of the hat" and "over achieve" all the time. Simple really Hani doesn't want to back Wael!

Very depressing listen and really can't feel very inspired at all. I have a feeling that the love in with Wael will be at an end or maybe already is as regards DC which will inevitably lead to one or the other going. It was interesting how, when asked "how is your relationship with the owners?" DC didn't give a positive response- just said that he talks to Wael often.

Its comes across that he talks to Wael a lot but Wael knows f**k all as it's not his money/decisions, so what good is that.

I thought they were pretty much bank rolling us now.

Why would a Championship side come in for a mid table Div 1 manager, it like us employing Darren Way if DC ever does leave! Although if we're really going nowhere as a club i guess it doesn't really matter if he leaves or not!!

I get the impression that he knows about as much as we do in terms of who is *really* holding the reins at BRFC. Not surprising given how we have a president, chairman and now a ceo and yet it is the marketing guy who seems to be the only one actually doing anything.

So, has anyone ever stopped to consider that DC is highly unlikely to publicly condemn the owners on a local radio show, or that the allegedly doomy/gloomy stuff he comes out with is just smoke and mirrors, not least because he's sitting there with managers from 2 of our geographical rivals? Give me strength . . .

Give me strength . . . Why not give the owners a vote of confidence then? Surely the easiest response is "yeah we get on great, next question".

Why does everything get sensationalised here? I didn’t get that impression from any of it at all! It was a typical cards to the chest performance from DC. No different to one of his one on one interviews. We didn’t learn a single thing we didn’t already know tonight.

So have just learnt that we are no closer to getting a training ground or stadium, DC doesn't know what's going on.
