So one last go then, early June. Not a meaningful vote but the actual bill. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-48286543Speaking to a House of Lords committee earlier, Stephen Barclay said the withdrawal bill will be published "as soon as possible". He said: "I think if the House of Commons does not approve the WAB, then the Barnier deal is dead in that form and I think the House will have to then address a much more fundamental question between whether it will pursue... a no-deal option or whether it will revoke." International Trade Secretary Liam Fox said MPs will have to decide "if they want to vote for Brexit or not". It's all gone dead hasn't it. It seems as though May is banking on both the Tories and Labour getting hammered in the EU elections and is hoping that the scare will force them to vote for her Treaty. Not the best political strategy. Barclay says, "I think if the House of Commons does not approve the WAB, then the Barnier deal is dead in that form" - Doesn't he, May or any of her inner sanctum understand that the deal is already dead unless there are major changes made to it? Even if she gets it through the House somehow, the DUP will drop her like a hot stone. She loses her majority, and will lose a vote of No Confidence in the House leading to a GE, from which the Tories will be destroyed. I somehow still get the impression that she is following orders from someone. Again, why is the 'Bill' only being published shortly before the vote? Will people have enough time to read and understand it? The Brexit Party is looming large, and the main parties appear to be like rabbits caught in the headlights. If they think passing May's treaty will save them, they are sadly deluded.

Why is it suddenly the Barnier deal? Because it was written by the EU! But it was Theresa May's deal the other day. Not sure calling it the Barnier deal this week, is going to help it through

Its Trumpism. Make Britain great again.

Brexit talks between the Tory's and Labour have broken down with no agreement. Ne feckin surprise there then ! So there is no chance of her terrible Withdrawal Treaty ever getting passed in Parliament. BBC News

Think you'll find the Channel 4 programme has been completely discredited. Once again though, the personal attacks on Farage will not work. The media tried the same tactic on Trump, and it made Trump look even better!

which is a good thing you would say right? There was no way they were ever going to agree on anything. All the talks did was waste time.

You agree it's good that May's deal will be voted down again? Reason I ask is because likelihood is that it will mean it more likely to go back to people wouldnt it?

We should have made clear the day after the referendum that we were going to start preparing for a no deal exit and anything the EU wanted to put forward which could prove beneficial to both parties would have been considered. Negotiation has been a complete farce from outset.

The majority wanted to leave so if no deal is agreed then we do what the politicians said at outset and that the referendum result will be respected. We leave with no deal and all the time wasters will come to realise that is what we should have been prepared to do from day one and be better positioned to manage when exit day arrives.

Reason I ask is because likelihood is that it will mean it more likely to go back to people wouldnt it? May's Treaty will be voted down again. What Parliament will do then is anyone's guess. The only way to 'put it to the people' is via a General Election, but that is the last thing either Tories or Labour want. Both parties have created a Fluster Cluck and now they don't know how to get out of it. Their heads have collectively disappeared up their arses. Maybe someone like Johnson or Rabb may come in and water off the EU so much that the EU refuse anymore extensions and kick us out! Personally, I don't think anything will change until a GE, which will change the numbers/personnel in Parliament. In the background, 498 MP's voted in favour of invoking Article 50.........................which is still the single, most positive vote regarding Brexit in Parliament.
