This morning I went to the MEM to see what the new Stand looked like. With four days to go to first home game. There was no change to last season, does this mean the new stand wont be available for the first match,

Well, they said it doesn't take long to put up. But, you know, three days would be pretty rapid. Istm they should let us know either way.

If you go to purchase tickets online, there is no option for the "Family Stand". I would suggest this means it won't be up in time.
Agree some communication required, especially after I had a letter from Wael with my season ticket that says there will be such a stand.

Is capacity reduced a lot whilst we are waiting? Seems a lot of focus on buying in advance for Saturday...

September I'm told for the new stand So we've sold season tickets for stands that don't exist. If you didn't laugh you'd lose the plot!

This info is from Tom G the new stands are being put in as a response to calls from supporters for more seating. Tom said the reason why there is a delay in installing them is that the club were still working through things with planning and the stands are bespoke and have to be made. They should go in this week but when I asked the other day when they were being installed, Ton G couldn't tell me. So looks like those who have season tickets for southwest stand or family stand may have to sit elsewhere if they don't start installing them tomorrow. A poor service.

Yes I drove past yesterday, no stands on any of the terraces and the South West tent has disappeared. you'd think they would put an ice-cream van there to fill the space, or something else that is useful. what I don't understand is why didn't they add a section to the South stand, which was there once upon a time. How long has that temporary stand been there? I remember watching Bo save us from relegation from that stand. (Kidderminster were a league club then too.)

Don't think it affects general capacity, just the number of seats. problem is AF i don't have a season ticket and was going with my two kids to the first home game in the South Stand. I cant now as tickets are not being offered as so many people are being relocated. So it does have an impact on attendance albeit minor and temporary.
