So, with the 2nd Rd draw tonight who do we all want? An "easy" team at home or, a big club home or away?
We're ball number 5.

Would have gone for an easy one at home, but Muff beat them in the last round so a big 'un away.

I want a big side away. No point in hoping for an easy draw as nothing is guaranteed.

Big one away, moneymaker. I would not have wanted the sh**, they are miles ahead of us, and it would have been embarrassing

Biggest possible away game is West Ham West Ham would be decent. Remember going home and away when we were at Bath. Went on the supporter's coach, they dropped us of right outside the ground, was the coach there after Dick's banged home the pen and gave us the Fool sign? Nope, had to brave the gauntlet and walk through all the Hammers fans and walk about a mile up that main Rd.

We can only face a team from the Southern section on the draw, like round 1. A possibility of facing 1 of the 8 Premier League sides in our side of the draw. The Northern section has just 5 Premier League side in it.

Can't remember the last time we played QPR? Just had a look, 1980 was the last match, we're unbeaten in 4 against them....

Great tie.
I really like QPR, and not just for the connections with us.
A proper London club which has actually achieved some success without becoming part of the corporate nonsense, and their stadium, small though it is, generates a brilliant atmosphere.

Stood in what was an uncovered end behind the goal. Not many Rovers there to see us lose if I recall. Dont remember us playing them since then.

The last time we beat them was 2nd November 1971, 1-0 in a League Cup game. Maggie May by Rod Stewart was Number 1. The last time we beat them in a League game was way back on 29 April 1967 in Division 3. Puppet On A String by Sandie Shaw was number 1.
