Why in that interview are we being classed as being the same kinda club as Wycombe in that we over achieved like they did last year when we got promotion out of L2 a few years ago?
Im sorry,I know we have tents for stands etc.. but We as a club are at least a top six sized club in League one given our potential fanbase with championship/premiership potential if we got going- wycombe are not.

True I'd say Wycombe are a bottom 10 Div 1 side/top 10 Div 2 side, I assume somebody is talking up Wycombe so it then doesn't look too bad if they beat us tomorrow!

Potential counts for nothing unless it is realised, and this team, wont go very far , and our owners will take us even less

Does potential fanbase actually mean anything? Does it increase our budget or give us automatic points over other teams who may have recruited well/been backed well by the owners, but don't have the support we claim to have? Last season 7 clubs had a higher average than us. 2 went up, but replaced from the teams down from the Championship in Barnsley and Sunderland. Luton and Conventry will also give us a run for our money. That makes us top 10 as it is. When were we last a top 6 League 1 club based on fanbase? We were only 4th highest in League 2 when we got automatic promotion. I'm guessing we overachieved because no one expected us to get promotion after just being promoted from non-league. Everyone always looks way too deep into these things when the answer is ever so simple. Topper a prime example.

Our away form-
From the outside looking in it seems dc needs to instill a bit of self belief into his players, his pre match interviews are all the same, it’s gonna be tough, they got a good manager, no easy games, there well drilled etc
Just feel this sort of attitude gets reflected in our performances especially away from home, you listen to top coaches and players they think they can beat anyone. Dc needs to get them thinking in a more positive way it seems

I hope it’s just media talk and with the players he’s like f**k Wycombe were better than them so go out and show everyone we are.

Sure all the motivational stuff would have been covered in that training course he went on recently so I wouldn’t worry 👍

I still can't get my head around how we were so poor in the first half v P'boro.

Crawley win should not mask our mediocrity. We need to play well to-morrow.Ground,training set up,team performance all well below where they should be.Love DC but lose to-morrow and the knives will be out.Called in to Salford FC to-day.They are putting us to shame with their Bespoke stands.Don't blame Gaffers at all.Over 1000 fans going to-morrow.Wow..Gas,they deserve better.
