Thought this was Clarke's best game of the season, he IMO bossed the midfield, looked like he back to somewhere near his best.
Also thought Matthews had a good game, was genuinely surprised when he came off. IMO looked like the only player who was going to score.
Yes, I havn't seen alot of him, but from what I have seen, it looks like we have a real gem on our hands there.
Also, really good to see Sinclair back, glad he got the reception he did.

Agree with the 2 pointed out. Think Ollie Clarke has had a very good start to the season in general and Matthews is going to be some player! Disappointed he was subbed off. Also think Kelly had a fairly decent game. Other than them, nobody really stood out for me. Lines was fairly quiet, I'm really not sure about Payne, big lad but doesn't win enough or look up for it enough. We've played worse this season, and I think both teams will finish higher than where they are. Thought number 19 was a handful for them at times.

Kelly did ok mainly defensively but his crossing was almost as bad as Leadbitters.

Why are the full backs putting in all the crosses, when we are always outnumbered in centre midfield to accommodate 2 wingers who can beat a defender, but can't cross the ball and can't shoot

Ollie Clarke was the best player on the pitch & should have been man of the match, decent performances from Matthews,Kelly,James Clarke & Bonham. Can’t make my mind up on Payne ,for a striker he struggles to get off the ground when the ball comes to him in the air. Definitely be glad to see the return of Sercombe as he has that extra bit of quality to influence the game & make openings in tight matches.

Impressed with both Clarke and Matthews, with Matthews deservedly MOTM for me. I thought we lost some momentum when he went off. Quality player.

Can't disagree with any of this really, Bonham probably would've edged Ollie Clarke for MOTM for me, simply because some of his saves saved us the point, however.

I thought Kelly had a pretty decent game. An assured defensive performance at left back. Better than anyone else I've seen play in that position this season.

As for Leadbitter. Good god. If you could relieve him of crossing, heading and tackling duties he might be a decent player. However........

Kelly did ok mainly defensively but his crossing was almost as bad as Leadbitters. I thought he did well and put in a couple of decent crosses, although their were a few wayward ones too. I think he did more than enough to keep his place for the next match.

I agree and he deserves a run of games now. He looks a good prospect but needs to play in a settled back four.

He's the only left back, he has no competition..?

With Kelly playing that well why did we sign the bloke from Stevenage? More wasted money

With Kelly playing that well why did we sign the bloke from Stevenage? More wasted money He didn’t play that well, he did ok. Virtually no link up play with Bennet which resorted in long balls pumped aimlessly up field. I am surprised there isn’t more praise for our stand in centre half partnership of Craig and James Clarke. They coped pretty well together I thought
