I've just listened to an article about a guy who makes a living betting only on his own football team. It does make sense as we intricately dissect every player and have a huge amount of knowledge about the subject. In the DC early days when he was more positive than now, laying the draw would have been very profitable, now and last season laying them in away games would be the same. We can bet in play as being there watching gives us the advantage. Losing runs will happen with any method and laying them yesterday in the first five minutes looked a definite winner, but would have been a disaster in the end. Although I bet most days I never bet on us as there is a danger of heart over head, even predicting the score with mates I never want to say we will lose. I just wondered if anyone does this seriously as it does make sense being our specialised subject.

My brother used to bet on us to lose 2-1 away and city to win 2-1 when they were at home. the following week he would do the opposite

Now watch me get some stick.

Gas win both teams to score when we’re at home has been a great bet over the last four years. I do it every week although it hasn’t been so great this season but you only need at get one in four to strike even and we’ve done much better than that under DC
