Keep trying, no one has named a better manager than DC yet.

Steve McClaren hasn't quite finished his Destroy and Exit mission at QPR but it can't be long before he is out of work.
Maybe he could bring his hair island and fine taste in quality carpets to the Mem in the near future.
Casper could be the replacement for Taylor we've all been waiting for.

I would take Gary Johnson all day long.... Thankfully he’s found his level at Torquay.

Here's the thing, DC has the highest coaching badges available, he clearly knows his stuff. Can anyone on this forum offer the same level of qualification?
I am firmly in the DC in camp, he deserves better treatment than he gets and I'm talking about the personal abuse directed at him yesterday from the Blackthorn by nameless / faceless people who really should know better. We had this scenario in the conference where it took time to come together but it did come together.
It's frustrating that he changes the team and that he can't play a settled team for whatever reason. But CLARKE IN!!!!!!! there are no better alternatives out there.

I know this would be unpopular but I would take Steve Cotterell. Proven division I specialist,

Apprently we can't afford to construct a £10K stand, so how the hell are we suppose to sack someone on a 5 year contract?
Answers on a postcard please.

Well at least we have a name in the tin.
The one who called us rag ass when he was crowing at the top of L1 with the red side.
Any more advances?

So far the only non-sarcastic ideas are Steve Cotterell and Neil Warnock (if he's sacked). Which sounds to mr like there are no ideas.

I know I’m old school and forums are all about opinions but this thread is totally disrespecting DC and what he’s done. It doesn’t matter about his replacement, at the moment there is no vacancy and until there is ..... Dont expect others to agree but for the opening post to start this thread and then say “no debate just names” shows astonishing naivety as to what some on here will turn this thread into. For the record DC has my support and looking at yesterday he has the support, more importantly ,from the players. They might lack quality but they gave their all. UTG!

If DC were to be sacked , I would genuinely consider walking away and doing other things on a Saturday. The man saved us from oblivion. He’s not perfect , but yes he frustrates with his constant tinkering and picking out of form players but he clearly knows what he’s doing , his cv backs that up. The root of the problem lies within the hierarchy of the club.

I can't see DC being sacked as our owners already have enough to cope with in terms of discontent from some of us. If he was sacked it would invite further unrest.
If he were to go them I would expect am internal appointment, probably Chris Hargreaves.

It’s actually to highlight that there is no one else available who is better qualified or that would be better than what we have and any notion that we would be better off by sacking DC is utterly stupid.

The club should not be considering getting rid of DC. Can't think of anyone who isn't a merry go round manager that would come here and do any better.
