I always wonder why this is. say I was a gashead living in Burton, I have to pay Rovers for the ticket, plus the fee for a card plus postage, making it a lot more than just turning up. Also like me I suspect there are lots of people who don't know there working arrangements until the end of the week. Still it's Burton who lose the money

Ridiculous imo, the game's gone if this becomes the norm.

Maybe police/club powers are taking our usual joke post about how many fans we have locked out at every away game too seriously

I was going to but I am sick to death of the way supporters in the lower leagues are treated at times. There isn't much of a feel good factor around at the moment and when I get news like this, I despair. I am assuming that I can buy a ticket which I can then pick up at the ground if I change my mind?

You could go in the home end if you are able to control the urge to shout and jump about every time we score!!

Ridiculous imo, the game's gone if this becomes the norm. I get the impression that crowds are going down at most grounds in L1 and L2 this season, apart from the usual suspects - sunderland and Pompey. Our average is down, there's been a lot of 2,000 - 3,000 crowds in our division.
