I have a season ticket / card and will not be going;instead I am going the Bristol O2 to see the Courteeners, with two of my sons, one of which also has a season ticket; one of my other sons is going, he has a season ticket, another son has just given up completely, that leaves the wife, who may or may not go. I am going to Sunderland match and will make a call on the rest of season during the long journey back from the North East. Utg

Strange question for a'fan' to ask,you just go dont you? You can be a fan but not go to games. Some of us have circumstances that mean we can’t make some games.

Because we're Gasheads and we should follow them through thick and thin.
I know it's pretty thin at the moment, but it goes with the territory.
Owners come and go, the club will continue and fans will remain true.

I truely believe that Tuesday is the turn around. If we win tomorrow then I believe we’ll win v Doncaster and it could turn our season around. If we lose tomorrow then I honestly think it’ll be impossible for DC to turn it around . In my mind this is one of DCs biggest games as our manager. Watching the Pre match interview I get that feeling he feels the same. I just hope he plays lines and wide men for him to pass too.

But your OP implied you had the option of going tomorrow, if circumstances mean you can't then why start the thread asking the question? Fair enough. I was widening the debate to include all fans. Not all fans go to games was my point. Great list of positive reasons to go to the game tomorrow. I’m going.

I truely believe that Tuesday is the turn around. I hope so. Turning the season around before Christmas will be massive as games come thick and fast in that period, then hopefully push on New Year. A Mid table finish would be an achievement after this start to the season. UTG

You go because you’re a Gashead and you support the club through thick and thin.

I always look forward to going to the home matches. Admittedly, my enthusiasm does waiver once we’ve lost and the bloke near me has spent 90 minutes moaning, but come the next match I am looking forward to it all over again.

Because regardless of our league position they are still our team and need our support more than ever, I also love getting cold and wet on the East Terrace, !! UTG To be sung on the East Terrace after every rainsoaked Gas goal as we unleash an avalanche of goals. We're getting wet We're getting wet We're getting wet, we're getting wet, we're getting wet

Funny enough I am looking forward to the game more tomorrow than if we were in a mid-table position because now that we are in the relegation area & we are playing a team just above us ,the game becomes of real importance utg.
