If I could go, I'd be in pretty much every home game. I (personally) don't see the point in supporting a team casually, unless it's a plastic support - but those you save for big clubs where the entertainment factor is more guaranteed.
Not to take away from any fan who doesn't feel like going, feels the pocket pain more than others or has health issues that can aggravate over stress, etc, those are all perfectly fine reasons. But if you're at a point where you ask yourself "SHOULD I go?", then the answer is always yes. Because without supporters there's no club, and deliberately missing matches without a "valid" reason is anyone's right, but not without consequence to the club itself. Plus, Rovers' biggest asset has always been its fanbase, despite its toxic potential.
Up to us to be their bedrock - if all fails, at least we can say we did our part, but I have faith it won't come to that. We've managed 6k in Conference games.

Because i love driving around for half an hour trying to find a space, getting shoved in the back so my boiling hot coffee gos all over my hand, taking a water in a stinking cubile, then have to listen to some tosser whos never played the game why every move and pass is sh**e, seeing the team i love lose to a tom eves double and thinking wtf did we let him go, then walking back to my car think wtf did i bother, cos i love rovers, see you tomorrow. Yes, it’s bl**** annoying. I think I was stood next to the same bloke last Wednesday!! UTG!

Simple rich. It’s what we do, we’re supporters in good times and bad. Too much navel-gazing at the moment and as fans we do what we do, support. UTG!

Because if Nichols scores you can tell your grandchildren "I was there".

Because it`s what I`ve done for the last 40 years, and not carrying on would probably lead to horrendous withdrawal symptoms.

Thinking of reasons not to go, it's 12:40, slowly but relentlessly knocking off the reasons why I shouldn't. Targeting 4pm for a definite yes.

Its a cold and wet November evening. the team are playing well in spells but couldn't score in a brothel. The leaders at our club are taking the mickey out of us. i stand on the east terrace and will not doubt get soaked and half freeze to death. of course i'll be there #UTG.

It's part of being a gashead, from Eastville to Twerton and the Mem.... In my 40 years as a gashead the bad periods outweigh the good times
That's what following the Rovers is about' hoping that tomorrow will be a better day!
