This is good news. Even better if we could scan the code direct from our phones at the turnstile. Hopefully this will happen soon.

A very logical and obvious step. Shame not organised before the new turnstiles started in August but better late than never.

It’s just a shame that there’s no chuffker going through them now!

It’s just a shame that there’s no chuffker going through them now! If the crowds keep dropping it won't be long before they offer to hand deliver them to your door.

This is a big step in the right direction. Should help the people over Kingswood way who used to get their tickets from the Supporters Club shop.

We haven't won much on the pitch this season so nice to see a few little victories off it. LOL

Has anyone scanned the code on their phone as opposed to printing it off?

Has anyone scanned the code on their phone as opposed to printing it off? Season ticket but buying a mate an extra ticket. Might get him to try both. To see how the mobile tickets work. I think originally- they planned to phase all of this in over the season.

I'm repeating myself here from previous ticket/turnstile posts but seems relevant to mention again. I really can see this going the same way as FGR tickets
1) ST holders have QR code on card. 2) Members (which gives priority on tickets and costs £20) have QR code on card which is used for entry if tickets are purchased online. Only issue is remembering which seat you booked if you don't keep receipt 3) QR code on phone 4) Paper ticket with barcode (print at home or collect) Would we go the same way? Priority 1 for tickets as it stands Priority 2 for members If we had 5k members that's £100k pre costs. Could be an issue if we ever get to FA cup 3rd round and get a biggy but nothings perfect. Just thinking out loud

Sorry to be thick here (I did grow up with ZX Spectrum technology) but does this mean I could buy online this afternoon and, without access to a printer, use the QR codes direct from my phone to gain access at the turnstile for me and the kids? Thinking of ‘popping down’ from Leicester for this one having missed out on Oxford.

That just said you would be able to buy tickets on line and print a copy at home. This could then be scanned at the turnstiles. No mention about scanning a code on your phone screen at the turnstiles.

Probably safest option then is to check no chance of a sell out (doubt it), turn up early and get tickets from the portacabin as usual.
