Is there some way we can let the owner know what we think of the way they do business? Some sort of protest? I'm not sure boycotting the game is the right thing to do but hitting the club financially may make the decision to sell speed up a bit. I was always on the side of the owners, I thought they were genuine and were going to drag this club to the high state it deserves to be but obviously, by the way they have treated DC and what they must have told him, this is never going to happen. If the owners had an ounce of decency they would have kept DC and quit themselves. I am soooooo angry and upset by todays news. We are a club doomed to disappear into the abyss. The one shining light we had, the one beacon of honesty, integrity, determination has been got rid of. I just want to do something to show the owners what I and thousands like me really think of the way they have demolished this club.

I've got a yellow vest.
To be fair, it was white when I bought it.

Protest? Really? For me DC will go down as one of the only managers in my time that I'll look back fondly on and who I will forever see as a gas legend. But if he stayed I just couldn't see us getting out of this mess. Just listen to his last 4 or 5 interviews, he was dejected and we heard a different side of him to previous years. He's tried everything he had this season to turn it around and nothings gone for us, a change was needed.
How about instead of a protest we all turn up and sing his name in appreciation and then cheer on the boys to a much needed win?

Totally agree . What is the point of protesting against the removal of a Manager who has led us to our worst Home record in years with very few goals scored and an abysmal number of posints since February? Lets give the Owners the chance to see what they are going to9 do about it and judge them on the results between now and the end of the season. Fed up with people who want to protest about things all the time. Get and support our club.

Yeah, no problem singing his name and showing appreciation for what he's done for us.
We need to get behind the team more than ever if we are to stay up and negative vibes towards the owners at matches will not help anyone.

Two promotions, one top ten finish and we are only half way through this, his fourth sason as a football league manager and you like many only count this one. Half a frogging season! Give the man a chance? Balls to that he’s gone as far as he can! Unbelievable.

With respect, as it seems you go to pretty much every game and therefore have a valid opinion, what you seem to be saying is that it's OK to bitch and whine about DC for the past year and more in your otherwise excellent match reports, but if people want to show the owners how they feel about this decision and the shocking lack of leadership in the club, that's harmful? You're right in that negativity doesn't help, but I'm sorry, you cannot have it both ways.

As everyone knows Gasheads moan an groan for a few days, a week tops then it goes all silent again an we carry as on as we were.
Some call it a quality, others call it apathy. But its what we are.

DC was sacked for breaking the wall of silence over both the running of the club and future plans to cut to the bone. Next stop yes man manager.
If you love the club force these fuckers out or we will lose it. The supporters club who ignored HIGGS Killing us and the share scheme screw job need to take a stand as do all of us. Or we can just have a grumble on here.

Speak for yourself there. They have no obligation to provide frequent updates to reassure those that spend large parts of the day stirring one another up on here. "Bristol Rovers fans are used to having our backs against the wall and no one expects overnight success or massive unsustainable investment" That's actually what the vast majority appear to want sadly. The idea of a protest against owners who have backed the manager and provided a midtable L1 budget is plain embarrassing.

Protest for sacking Clarke?
Yes we haven’t got the stadium but they didn’t want a deal where uwe would still own the land and then hike up the rent?
The training ground was a big loss but if we can’t afford it then we can’t afford it and rather see money spent on players
They sold our best players that wanted to leave and would have for nothing if we didn’t
Darrell had the best budget any rovers manager had in years and spent most of it on a player who was clearly on his way down the leagues and mediocre journeymen who are picking up the wages and not quality enough for top half league one Darrell’s away form has been shocking for years and never proved he was league one quality as a manager He clearly has no contacts in the game like other managers due to his only experience has been with us
I think the club had to let him go and get someone in before the window so we can get rid of players and get some quality in time to save our season
