No thanks, we’ve already got enough bankers at the club!

Come off it. he's 80 years old and never scored a goal in his entire career.

I see Lee Tomlin has joined Posh on a six month loan from Cardiff.

It’s frustrating as with a bit more backing we might have signed him permanently in the first place rather than showcase him for everyone else He might not want a permanent move. If his family is in London perhaps he wants to go back there, who knows? and who knows if we want him, no one knows. I expect this agent is responsible for the story

Well if he does go and the reports about Adam Smith wanting out are correct and not just paper talk it could be an interesting Transfer window....,

On the evidence, no great loss. Slocombe better imo. UTG!

Connor Ripley signed on loan with Accrington until the end of the season but has a break clause. He could be another decent option if we lose Bonham.

I can't stand Posh, but it's mainly because I'm a bit jealous that they have a transfer policy that is streets ahead of us. Although it is a bit scattergun, like the lower league version of Chelsea. Still, it's a sure fire way of making decent money from transfers, bring in several highly rated young players each year and inevitably at least one of them will be sold for a large profit, clearing their expenditure and creating a quality team in the process. Yeah, but I do wonder what their fans think of the large churn, especially when they've been close enough to promotion to think that just keeping a couple of their best players would have made the difference.

This is why we need to recruit an experienced manager a bit of a name who players want to play for, if we can get the right man in we will get out of this if not down to league two we will go😱

We are a bigger club, playing in front of bigger crowds and he might fancy the challenge. We also might offer to pay a few extra £.
