Where's Keith Curle?
I remember someone singing in 80s he's cr@p and never want him back, but come on....that was years ago!

Ironic that Ollie’s got the most votes yet he’s probably the only one who would turn it down if offered.

Not sure why people want Holloway, he’s been publically slagging off the owners in recent weeks and made that comment about wanting QPR to beat us earlier this season, not to mention his recent managerial career hasn’t exactly been successful.

How can there have been 107 votes by 46 votes?

How can there have been 107 votes by 46 votes? You can have up to three votes.

This poll just proves that as a football club we like to look back and not forwards. Whilst Holloway has a connection with the fanbase, he's really struggled in his recent managerial positions and his criticism of the board in recent weeks would just build tension from the get go. Same goes for Waddock, whilst I like him, I'm just not sure that an appointment of a manager from a struggling National league team and who has never managed above L2 in his career is a good move.
I want someone who is ambitious, has contacts and experience of managing teams in our position as saving ourselves from the relegation looming us is our imminent priority right now.

I went for Coughlan, Hurst and Flynn, although I don't think Hurst or Flynn will apply and therefore I don't think they'll be appointed.
I would've voted for Warburton as one of my choices except for the fact I don't see a chance in hell of him coming here.

Midland will be expecting Pep, Klopp and Poch to be on the list. Anything else would be clueless, and lacking ambition.

Flynn, judging by Newport's form since he took it on and used to less than perfect surroundings, Coughlan ditto our surroundings and lack of facilities and knows which development squad players may be ready, Warburton , great record at our level but prob aiming too high. Sorry Ollie love you to bits but going back rarely works and want you to keep the legend status in tact!

Agree Halifax. I love Ollie but I loved Gerry as well and his return didn’t work and in the end let’s go forward and not hark back. I’ve gone for Appleton, Flynn and also Hargreaves. Again, I don’t pretend to know all the contenders but I like the idea of promoting from within and I think Chris Hargreaves could do a good job. Whether he’d want it is a different matter. Some will say it’s the cheapest option and it may be but I like the idea of someone wanting to make their mark. UTG!

Holloway for me , still sulking about DC so I’m probably not thinking straight !!!!!! I won’t trust the board to get any appointment right so I’m going to back another one of our own as at least I know he’ll give it a right bloody good go.

I've gone
1) Flynn
2) Hurst
3) Coughlan
Think Flynn would be tremendous for a club like ours....

Defo Holloway, he is us. Locally based and proven winner with much more experience than when he was last here. Good wingman, if your out on the pull. Not afraid to get in the stingers.

Purely Ian Holloway for me. I only used one vote. His first time here created the best Rovers team I've seen since 1974.

I went Hurst, Flynn and Warburton in order. Warburton would be my number one if realistic but he's not. With that said, 100% behind Hurst and Flynn as the top two options.

I'm shocked that someone on this forum has voted for Graham Westley! Come on, own up and justify yourself
