Brilliant stuff!! After seeing the sending off again it was fully deserved nothing harsh about it, arm straight into his face knocking him out. Who nearly ended up falling backwards into the thatchers end during the celebrations? When I watched the highlights on Saturday I thought it was harsh; having watched it again he clearly took the man out when the ball was still a fair distance away. Heartening performance against a difficult side; they played some tidy football but put themself about unnecessarily. Their constant time wasting and dissent turned a poor official towards us for a change. UTG

Fair shout Wareham, and I’m always first to say if he’s had a good game and he’s made good contributions. But from where I sit most weeks the weak links stand out a mile. Craig, Upson and Nichols are those links for me. Thanks. Forum would be a boring place if we all agreed. UTG! Craigs a difficult one I think when he arrived his experience and wanting to do things his way might have rubbed a few up the wrong way , like who’s this new bloke coming in and telling us what’s what. But the reason he’s done that is because he’s been there and done it and gradually the younger less experienced players can see he’s not a big head or a nob head he’s just a winner and will give everything mentally and physically for the club. He’s on his way down and not great but I can see why DC brought him in. Lockyer needed that experienced defender to play alongside and realistically we weren’t going to go out and buy a championship standard player with that experience.
