Excellent third goal, lovely work by Jakubiak to cut inside and a nice touch by Holmes-Dennis to take it past the defender and set it up for him to calmly score. Our attacking play has come on leaps and bounds over the last couple of weeks.

He wouldn't have had the chance, if Lockyer had won the headed challenge from their free kick.Once again water poor defending by one of our midget centre backs. They really do not attack the ball when they need to.

Lockyer gave Cook too much space.I said before the free kick came in that he should be tight on him rather than give him space to run on to the cross which resulted in the goal

We won, given our recent form I couldn’t care what some bloke on a forum thinks about Tom Lockyer.

They definately need better competition for their places though.

Disappointed with the turnout today.
By the looks of it barely 500 there.
I could be wrong, but usually we take 1500 plus to Walsall, don't we?

Christ... can't even be arsed to argue the case back. Is it because there is no argument against the post that I made? Andy Cook only had one chance in the 2nd half, a wayward shot which nearly hit the corner flag, so whatever Locks & co were doing wrong in the first they clearly got it right in the second half, plus Locks scored the opening goal which set us on the way victory.

We filled the whole stand behind the goal, I'd say it was 750 to 1000 fans there, we must have been a decent turnout as the home stands were mostly empty!

I agree, must have been well over 500, office said 530 pre-match sold and there must have been at least 200 more paid on the day. I know 20 pay on day including myself. Will the away attendance be officially announced or just the 5069 in total ?
