More wankbag reporting from the BP trying to make an article out of nothing. DC is just one of many names available to bet on for a vacant post. Nothing to see here, move on.

I guess the BP have just made this up, DC would be mad to jump from one club run by difficult foreign owners to another in Oldham, and who in there right minds would want to move to Carlisle from anywhere south of Manchester? DC may as well wait for the Yeovil job if he's prepared to manage a Div 2 side. As the other poster suggested if he does take a Div 2 job then why throw his dummy out here, when it hardly seems the worse job in football management. Whats wrong with Carlisle? It's very nearly in Scotland!

Why go to Yeovil? They're at the right level (if not exceeding it) as it is. I think he'd want to go to a sleeping giant and progress them. Especially after throwing his toys out of the pram over our facilities. Perhaps a Notts County, Swindon Town (board situations aside). Or for local connections to Mansfield Grimsby/Lincoln/Mansfield themselves although two of them are doing alright. Just said Yeovil over the thought of living in either Oldham or Carlisle! I would have thought Notts C was a perfect fit for DC but it looks like they are going for Sheridan. Notts Co have appointed Neal Ardley from AFC Wimbledon, their third manager this season and even he’s struggling. And we think we’ve got problems! UTG!

Perhaps you'll follow him to the Forum of his next club and give us all a break from your tedious tripe.

DC being linked with York job (National League North ) He’ll be linked with every job below the championship. Means nothing.

DC being linked with York job (National League North ) That might seem quite a comedown, but York City must be at their lowest point. They still get crowds of nearly 3,000 which is very good for NL North With their new stadium and a bit of money I would expect to see them back in L2 within a few years. Maybe they've offered DC a hefty wad to do for them what he did for Salisbury and us.

He’s on a hiding to nothing if he goes there as he’ll be considered to have failed unless he smashes it. Having said that, I’d love him to go there. It’s just down the road from me and a club punching well below it’s weight. I also love Bootham Crescent as a proper old-fashioned ground in the heart of the town. Sadly they probably won’t be there for much longer.
