I’ve not seen us as much as others have but of the games I’ve seen we’ve usually been second best so I’ve no illusions of play offs. I’d be satisfied with 20th, although I think after the last few weeks I’m more confident we can compete more effectively. THD, Ollie Clarke playing well, keeping Bonham and Jakubiak will be key players I’d imagine. If Bonham goes then I hope we can get Slocombe back from Lincoln because with Smith as keeper I’d be seriously worried about staying up. It’s a bit unfair to highlight one player in a team but with him in the team we are very vulnerable imo. I think we will stay up, just, because I’m optimistic but realistic enough to know there are many better teams in this league than us, this season. Finish in 20th position and I will be satisfied. UTG

If we've got to rely on a goalie for the rest of the season who's only 2nd/3rd choice in Div 2 then I hope he doesn't!

I guess that makes it a key decision, keeping Bonham or if he goes getting in a replacement. UTG!

You have to be impressed with our new manager. He has set a target of 52 points (to avoid relegation) and then he says he will reset the goal. Makes sense to me. Staying in division is paramount. If he achieves this we will all be happy. He has set the bar and any better will be a huge success for many.
Graham has set the bar and results of late (10pts in 4 games) could suggests that the team could hit his target in the next 10-11 games. If this is achieved, and why not, it will be a truly ground-breaking 10-11 games. Strap yourself in for another ride.
What I love is that fact he is steadying the ship by concentrating on the here and now. He is also giving us all hope beyond survival suggesting that he has ideas that “some might say are unachievable”
He has ambitions and is ambitious. My kinda guy. Bring it on. If in 10-11 games time we have hit 52 points then I’m sure many will agree that we have achieved what many today would think is unachievable.
It’s great to have a manager looking at seemingly unachievable goals. Over to the team to surprise many of us.

It would be a crying shame to get relegated after the last few seasons but to be realistic when viewed as whole the club HAS gone backwards
16/17 - tenth 17/18 - thirteenth
Currently one spot off the drop zone on GD
Waving DC goodbye and appointing the new Messiah may well have been the thing to do and early indications are it was
But I will def take one spot off relegation when the seasons over and then we will see what this board, squad and new management regime are all about
Ambition has long been in short supply so let's not get excited about 8th and the playoffs

I love optimism but good times at rovers come in 20-25 year cycles 🚲 my dad thinks it, I think it, my ten year old son is expecting another promotion just prior to his 30th birthday - I'm very glad I took him to Wembley and very glad he was there when Browner popped in that rebound . You just never know what year the next time that will happen will be all these guys on talk sport on Saturdays griping about not finishing in the top 4 Premier League - they have no fun whatsoever in their lives

Stuck in reverse at the moment, BJ. Confidence will be running high in the dressing room after another win. I don’t hear many reverse gear conversations. We seem, at last, to be looking forward. I remain confident that we will sustain this little run. Win the next three games and I am certain I will not be the only one. Strap yourself in, maybe, all the way to Wembley and safety.

"Were all on the same bus, going in the right direction and we don't care who the driver is". GC after yesterday's game, any comments Rich, it would appear your bus has been hijacked.

If he says ground breaking Anytime soon then we will all be whipped up beyond our dreams.

Beating Wycombe will certainly lift the club and then beating Port Vale would put the icing on the cake in terms of feel good factor in the here and now. Momentum is key and I think we are showing signs of some promising green shoots
