Foreign investors take a 92% stake in a poorly performing West Country football club.
What could possibly go wrong?

This guy used to own the New Orleans Riverboat Gamblers which I thought was one of the worst names in sport, until the New Orleans Zephyrs, which he also used to own, changed their name to the New Orleans Baby Cakes. Looking forward to Yeovil's amusing name change.

Interesting... tbf South Somerset and north Dorset is a great area to grow a club to someone willing to spend. There doesn't appear to be a lot of interest in football in North Dorset from my experience. I spend a lot of time visiting family in Sturminster Newton and none of the local pubs have Sky or BT and didn't even switch the TV on when England were doing well in the World Cup!

You've obviously not run into the East Coker Headhunters.

Probably right eric. I spent 10 years working in north Dorset and there’s just not many people. Mind you the kids in my school loved playing football. UTG!

When should I be eating said "humble pie"?
I mean, you've been saying saying soon enough now, for well over 6 months!!
Of course, if you say it for long enough, we'll soon be taken over anyway, and you can say "told you so!!!"
